After the establishment of Dunavet in 1992, the company developed dynamically and as a pharmaceutical wholesale company, made numerous contacts with market participants. As a result, today a significant part of the veterinary products sold in Hungary can be found in our portfolio.
Our company is characterized by continuous renewal: we are growing, making new and innovative products and services available to our partners. We regularly review our already broad portfolio to provide our customers with new products that meet the needs of the market and are essential in animal husbandry.
International partners
We believe that expansion, growth and continuous renewal are the key to our successful future, which is important for us to build a wide network with both domestic and foreign pharmaceutical manufacturers and distributors. We also kept this in mind when we started our import-wholesale business with the distribution of products from a well-known Spanish manufacturer, which is still ongoing today with a robust turnover.
In recent years, we have become the exclusive distributor for several world-leading pharmaceutical companies such as HIPRA, Invesa, Calier and ECO.
Our portfolio
Our strategic partners include some of the largest pharmaceutical manufacturers, so our portfolio is diverse, including both original and generic pharmaceuticals. The number of products exclusively distributed by Dunavet-B Zrt. has increased to about 110 products, consisting of vaccines, veterinary medicines, premixes, feed additives, veterinary instruments and devices, pet food and equipment, so we can offer our partners a complete service, providing a fast and cost-effective solution to the needs of the animal husbandry industry.

We are proud to state that over the years we have been able to develop a wide range of customers who have benefited from entering the Hungarian animal husbandry subsidy program, and who have access to our products at a discount. We provide them with professional support and take care of all the administrative aspects of the scheme.

We develop our professional programs together with our strategic partners to provide a wide range of solutions. This enables us to complement and support the use of our products with an effective professional program to help farmers and veterinarians during their work.
Vetker online platform
In the spring of 2021, we lauched our online platform dedicated to companion animals, which is exclusively dedicated to veterinarians, distributors and those with a contractual veterinary mandate to farms. We have designed our system bearing the needs of the digital age in mind, to provide an even more convenient, faster and more efficient way to shop nationwide.
